You will learn to use fresh, high quality, organically grown hand-crafted herbs. You will increase your long-term physical and emotional well being. You will assist in preserving our natural resources so that they may be enjoyed by all.

Ellen Zimmermann founded the Austin School of Herbal Studies in 1995. The school is located at Ellens beautiful home, in her gardens and on her 5-acre botanical sanctuary located in the Hill Country just south of Austin, Texas. The school offers a variety of herbal classes focusing on the culinary, medicinal, skin care and gardening aspects of herbalism.
